JOB DESCRIPTION

🍞We’re Hiring: Baker / Pastry Chef

Location: Woollahra, Sydney - 2 minutes from Bondi Junction

Shifts: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM | Weekdays + Weekends

Position: Part-Time or Full-Time

We’re on the lookout for a skilled Baker or Pastry Chef with a passion for high-quality, hand-crafted products to join our team. If you care deeply about dough, detail, and delivering consistently excellent bakes—we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll be working in a busy, creative, and quality-driven kitchen with access to great ingredients, supportive colleagues, and plenty of room to grow.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in artisan baking or pastry (sourdough, viennoiserie, etc.)
  • A sharp eye for detail and consistency
  • Ability to work the evening–night shift independently or as part of a team
  • Reliability, efficiency, and a good sense of humour
